The Hideaway welcomes back The Wholetones this Friday night with special guest The Spark Notes. If you missed them last time around, this is your chance. An incredible mix of styles pour out of this rootsy, bluegrass meets jazz quartet. Truly gifted musicians these young fellas are. Great songs, great vocals and high energy start to finish. Opening the show, The Spark Notes debut their stuff here at The Hideaway Cafe. Doors at 6:00 PM - music starts at 8:00 PM. $5

Saturday we welcome John Paul Goetsch to the stage. John's made several appearances to Hideaway's "Living Room Live" writers nights and has made a name for himself in and around the Tampa Bay area. One of the best local songwriters around and quite a special voice. Come support him now as he climbs his way up... you won't be disappointed. Doors at 6:00 PM - music begins at 8:00 PM. $5

I'd like to give a special thank you to last weeks' performers, Marthas Trouble with Kirsten and Jasmin and 10th Concession with Renee Prophet. What a great weekend of music.

The Hideaway will be opening its doors on Wednesdays beginning August 17th from 5 PM to 8 PM (for starters). This night will consist of a "hosted" writers night where artists will be invited by the given host. Each host will hold their event monthly. We look forward to seeing you here on our new night.
